Hey guys/gals, just a quick post for now. Those of you who have spent any time at all around us here at FM, know that aside from the Fitness & Nutrition world, we are very dedicated to preserving the beauty and community-feel of the blessed town that is – Round Rock. There are very few cities left in the U.S. as well as Texas, where you still have a true “community” that takes care of each other, cares for one another, and still practices neighborly ways. Therefore preserving those characteristics that are widely overlooked now days, but still present in our beautiful city that is –Round Rock, is essential to continuing the beauty and community that clearly differentiates Round Rock from any other city/community in the U.S./Texas.
Recently Fitness Mastermind was interviewed with a local Round Rock newspaper, with similar goals of preserving the beauty & community of the Round Rock area. I sat down with Lauri Zachry, Education Reporter with the Round Rock Leader Newspaper, and discussed many different aspects of Round Rock of which you simply won’t find and can’t get anywhere else, as well as many Fitness & Nutrition principles we live by here at Fitness Mastermind. Mrs. Zachry is a wonderful and intelligent lady, and is truly a fun person to be around! Her topics and articles are always well written, to the point, and always accurate! For those of you who have read the Round Rock Leader newspaper via online or print, you have likely fell in love with the direction it takes as well! For those of you who have not read the Round Rock Leader newspaper, I assure you – once you do, you will sit & wait with anticipation just as I do every time it is due to come out!
There is a listing of the Round Rock Leader newspaper rack stand locations via their website here:
